AffordCare Home Care Agency sends SMS text messages to individuals who
have explicitly opted in. For job applicants, opt-in occurs by checking
the SMS consent box on our caregiver application form. For clients and
families, opt-in occurs by providing a mobile number and consenting to
communications via our contact or inquiry forms.

SMS messages may include:
– Application status updates and next steps
– Interview scheduling and reminders
– Onboarding information for new caregivers
– Care scheduling and updates for clients

Message frequency varies depending on your application or care status;
typically 2–6 messages per engagement cycle.

Candidates apply for caregiver positions through AffordCare’s recruiting portal. The application form includes an optional SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not required to submit an application or receive consideration. ‘I agree to receive SMS messages from AffordCare Home Care regarding my application status, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.’ No SMS is sent without this consent.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties
or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
